Terms & Conditions for Group Membership with Live Calls

These terms and conditions govern the use of group membership services provided by Hush Baby Chicago, LLC, including access to live calls, herein referred to as "Services." By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Services.

1. Membership Agreement:
   • Membership to the Services is contingent upon acceptance of these terms and conditions.
   • By joining the group membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Membership Services:
   • The Services include access to live calls, discussions, and other features as provided by Hush Baby Chicago, LLC.
   • The schedule and frequency of live calls will be communicated to members in advance, subject to change at the discretion of Hush Baby Chicago, LLC.
   • Members are responsible for ensuring their availability for scheduled live calls. Hush Baby Chicago, LLC is not liable for missed calls due to member unavailability.

3. Membership Fees:
   • Membership fees are determined by Hush Baby Chicago, LLC and are subject to change with prior notice.
   • Payment for membership is due in advance of the subscription period.
   • Failure to pay membership fees may result in suspension or termination of membership.

4. Cancellation and Refunds:
   • Members may cancel their membership at any time, however, no refunds will be provided for the remaining membership period.
   • Hush Baby Chicago, LLC reserves the right to cancel memberships for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms and conditions.

5. Intellectual Property:
   • All content provided during live calls, including but not limited to presentations, discussions, and materials, are the intellectual property of Hush Baby Chicago, LLC.
   • Members may not record, reproduce, or distribute any content provided during live calls without prior written consent from Hush Baby Chicago, LLC.

6. Conduct and Etiquette:
   • Members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner during live calls.
   • Any behavior deemed inappropriate, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior, may result in immediate termination of membership.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties:
   • Hush Baby Chicago, LLC makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content provided during live calls.
   • The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability:
   • In no event shall Hush Baby Chicago, LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services.
   • Hush Baby Chicago, LLC's liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the member for the membership period during which the claim arises.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
   • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of Illinois
   • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of State of Illinois.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
    • Hush Baby Chicago, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
    • Members are responsible for reviewing these terms and conditions periodically for changes.
